Forget about your core for a moment and yes, skip leg day because it’s time to try something new.
‘Face yoga’ is Australia’s newest anti-aging fad.
It might look a little ridiculous but experts claim just 10 minutes a day can take years off your face in just four months.

Prior to becoming a Duchess, Meghan Markle wrote in a blog that she was on board.
“I swear it works, as silly as you may feel,” she said.
“On the days I do it my cheekbones and jawline are way more sculpted.”
Face yoga instructor Orna Binder said it worked in the same way that people go to the gym.
“Lots of people neglect that we have 57 muscles in the face and neck and we need to work them. We need a workout,” she said.
